Thursday, Nov. 19, 2026, 4:30 – 6 pm: Opening reception for “BothAnd.” Collaborative exhibition of poetry by Brett Warren and visual art by Lauren Wolk that will run through Feb. 28, 2027. "BothAnd" invites viewers to venture beyond the habits of binary, “either/or” thinking and embrace a more expansive “both/and” perspective, one spacious enough even for opposites. "BothAnd" reflects how those opposites can coexist side by side, interconnected—old and new, broken and whole, birth and death, 
grief and joy, presence and absence, seen and unseen. The exhibit encourages this perspective through literary and visual images that work both independently and together, inspiring contemplation

Saturday, Jan. 2, 2027, 2–3:30 pm: Clouds in Every Paper: Noticing as a Foundation for Creative Practice. Writers and visual artists: grab your writing or drawing supplies and come to a workshop on the role of attention in the creative process. We’ll gather for a short talk about noticing—something anyone can do—and then disperse into the gallery spaces of the Cape Cod Museum of Art to practice “looking deeply,” taking in sensory details, and capturing whatever unexpected ideas and images arise before we reconvene for optional sharing. Cape Cod Museum of Art, 60 Hope Lane, Dennis, MA 02638. Free with museum admission.  

Saturday, Jan. 9, 2027, 2–3:30 pm: Art as Poetry, Poetry as Art: A Craft Talk about the Nexus of Literary and Visual Art. Join mixed media artist Lauren Wolk and poet Brett Warren in the Cape Cod Museum of Art theatre for a discussion focusing on the crossover between visual and literary art, including processes, layers, revision, and physical composition.
