Brett Warren is the author of The Map of Unseen Things (Pine Row Press, 2023). 
 

A long-time editor, she holds a BA in English Literature from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Her poetry has appeared in Bellevue Literary Review, Canary, Cape Cod Review, The Comstock Review, Halfway Down the Stairs, Harbor Review, Hole in the Head Review, ONE ART, SWWIM Every Day, The Westchester Review, Whale Road Review, and many other literary publications.

 

One of her poems was etched onto a wooden plaque and permanently installed in Eagle Pond Sanctuary in Cotuit, MA, as part of Barnstable Land Trust's "Words in the Wild" project. Another of her poems won first place in the Cape Cod Museum of Art's "Poetic License" exhibition (2024).

 

Brett is a member of the Academy of American Poets, a 2024 Pushcart nominee, and a 2023 triple nominee for Best of the Net (Poetry). The manuscript for her second full-length collection has been named a finalist in both the 2025 Richard-Gabriel Rummonds Poetry Prize (Felicia Zamora, Judge) and the 2025 Barbara Stevens Poetry Manuscript Competition (Chris Abani, Judge).
